Accounts Executive (Trading, Immediate, AP & AR)
Job Responsibilities:
Review and post manual invoice in system (AP & AR)
Input daily AR receipts, misc invoice for approval
Monitor AR open account
Perform AP & AR closing and report.
Prepare bank & sales reconciliation.
Prepare sales and purchase reports.
UAT for relevant module.
GST preparation
Any other task assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Accounting
At least 2 years in accounting
Knowledge and understand operations in Accounting and taxation will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
